All right, first try at a build.

The main idea here is to infect your enemies with as many arrows of health degerneration as possible. With this build, you should be able to inflict disease, bleeding, weakness, and an extra 2-4 arrows of health degeneration at once on a whole group of enemies. The main problem seems to be energy availability.

Necro Attributes:
Curses: 10
Blood Magic: 8
Death Magic: 8
Soul Reaping: 2
Monk Attribute:
Healing Prayers: 10

Total attribute points used: 199/200

Skills: [Attribute] (Energy, Cast Time, Recharge TIme)
1) Signet of Agony [Blood Magic] (0,0.75,15) Signet: Sacrifice 10% of maximum health and suffer from bleeding. All nearby foes take 10-37 damage.

2) Plague Sending [Curses] (10,2,0) Spell: Sacrifice 10% of maximum health. Transfer one negative condition from yourself to target foe and all adjacent foes.

3) Virulence (Elite) [Death Magic] (5,1,10) Spell: If target foe was already suffering from a condition, that foe suffers from Disease and Weakness for 3-13 seconds.

4) Plague Touch [General] (5,0.75,0) Spell: Transfer a negative condition from yourself to target touched foe.

5) Life Siphon [Blood Magic] (10,2,2) Hex: For 12-22 seconds, target suffers health degeneration of 1-3, and you gain health regeneration of 1-3.

6) Suffering [Curses] (15,2,20) Hex: For 6-25 seconds target foe and all nearby foes suffer health degeneration of 2.

7) Healing Breeze [Healing Prayers] (10,1,2) Enchantment: For 10 seconds, target ally gains health regeneration of 3-8.

8) Orison of Healing [Healing Prayers] (5,1,2) Spell: Heal target ally for 20-60 points.

switch out Vital Blessing - it doesnt seem to really fit in your build, i recommend using something along the lines of shielding hands, but personally i would go for a) divine favour or b) healing magic to offset the fact you will be losing lotsa hp.

Here's the updated build. It seems to work better now, thanks for the suggestion.

The main idea now is to inflict as many arrows of health degeneration in as many ways as possible.

I tested reversal of fortune in the game and it does not protect you from blood magic sacrifices.

stacking DoTs is a bad,bad,bad habit. You're going to want to find some source of direct damage, because DoT stacking is gonna get you killed fast.
